The real estate agent retreat is the studio giving back: flights and accommodations covered, the destination chosen by the members, a trip built around the agents who make this community what it is. You book nothing. Your Concierge handles the flights, the rooms and the itinerary, and you show up.

Every year the members vote between two trips, a beach escape or a winter retreat, and the destination with the most votes wins. One year it is a coastline, the next a mountain town, and the shortlist travels the world.

On location it runs as a private conference wrapped in an experience: guest speakers join us for sessions on the business of real estate, built so a lender can explain the programs your buyers are missing and a top producer can open their listing presentation page by page, followed by long afternoons with nothing scheduled but the people.

What members take home is rarely the view. It is the dinner where an agent from another market walks you through how they built their listing business, the morning swim that turns into a referral partner in a city you had never worked, the speaker who answers the question you were embarrassed to ask in a crowded ballroom.

Nobody is selling to you here. Everyone at the table pays the same membership, works the same job and came for the same reason, which is why the conversations go further than they ever do at an industry event.

The retreat is annual, with dates set once the vote closes, and it is included in membership along with the flights and the stay.
