Our membership is private, by referral, and designed for an agent building a personal brand over years. A builder opening a new development and an operator filling a community need something different. The subject is the property, the timeline belongs to the asset, and the work has to serve leasing and sales rather than a feed.
So we engage directly. No referral required, no membership to join, and no waiting for a seat to open. You are hiring the studio for the building.

The Property
We shoot the building the way a studio shoots a subject. Light that flatters the architecture rather than fights it, frames chosen before the camera is set, and a body of work you can still use next season instead of footage that expires with the campaign.

The Clearances
Everyone who appears on camera is released, and the footage is cleared before it is delivered. Nothing has to be blurred after the fact and no campaign stalls while a permission is chased. The paperwork is part of the production, not a problem handed back to your marketing team.

The Team
Not a freelancer booked per shoot. A full media team that already knows the property, so the second production does not start from the beginning. Direction, capture, edit, and delivery sit under one roof and answer to one standard.
The Engagement
A monthly subscription, not a project fee.
Builders and operators engage the studio on the same monthly subscription our member agents run on. A building is not a one time shoot, so it is not sold as one. Twelve-month initial term, then month to month with thirty days' written notice. Scope is set on the first call, once we have seen the property.
