SEO
SEO for real estate agents, done for you.
Pieter Studio does local SEO for realtors from the technical groundwork to the neighborhood pages to your Google Business Profile, as part of membership. Your Concierge runs it, and you stay on selling homes or filling apartments.
SEOWhere It Starts
The people closest to calling you are searching for something small.
The agent who asks about SEO for realtors usually has a site that looks fine and a phone that never rings from it. Someone was paid for keywords, or a template came with the brokerage, and nobody can say whether Google has read a page of it. Meanwhile the agent's name appears one way on a listing portal, another way on the brokerage page and a third way on Instagram, and the neighborhoods they actually work appear nowhere. The searches that matter are small and specific: a street, a school zone, a building, or the agent's own name, typed by someone who got a referral and wants to check. SEO for real estate agents is mostly the work of being there, and being clear, when that person looks.
The Work
Frame 001Frame 001 · Technical SEO
The Door
We start with what a search engine can actually reach. Every page gets a title and description written for it, the site is built to load on a phone, a sitemap tells crawlers what exists, and the site is verified in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools so we can read what the engines report.
We start there because of our own file. For six weeks in 2026, a firewall on pieterstudio.com turned Google away at the door. The site looked perfect to anyone visiting it, while its Google listing went stale. Rewriting titles would have changed nothing, because the crawler was never getting in. We found it in the server logs. So on a member's site the first check is who is being refused, before anyone talks about keywords.
Frame 002Frame 002 · Local Pages
The Pages
Then we write for the searches your clients actually type: the neighborhoods you sell, the buildings you lease, the questions people ask before they call. Each one becomes a page a buyer or renter would want to read, in your voice, filled with what the studio already makes for you: your films, your photographs, your press.
This is where a full team changes the job. A page about a neighborhood with your own footage of its streets is hard to copy, and no one has to go out and commission it, because the crew already shot it.
Frame 003Frame 003 · Google Business Profile
The Map
Google says local results turn on three things: how well a profile matches the search, how close the business is to the person searching, and how well known it is, which includes reviews and links from other sites. It also says plainly that no one can pay for a better local ranking.
So we keep your Google Business Profile complete and current, and we keep your name and details the same on every profile and directory where they appear. When two pages disagree about who you are, nobody wins. When they all agree, there is no doubt.
Questions
Can you promise a first-page ranking?
No. Nobody controls Google's results, and an offer of a set position is a reason to walk away. We promise the work, and a plain read of what it produced.
How long does SEO take for a real estate agent?
Think in seasons, not weeks. A search engine has to find and read a page before anything can happen, and a new site starts with no history.
Do I have to write anything?
No. We write it. You tell your Concierge what you know about a street or a building, and the page gets made.
Does SEO replace paid ads?
No. Ads put you in front of people now and stop when the spend stops. Pages take longer and keep working. Membership carries both.
How It Runs
Your part is one message.
When you take on a new neighborhood, change brokerages or add a building, you tell your Concierge, and the site, the profile and every place your name appears follow. You never log in to anything. Once the groundwork is in place the work is steady: new pages as your market grows, new films and photographs placed where a buyer will find them, and a plain read of what it all produced.
SEO is part of membership, alongside your website and the rest of the team, and it runs on the same foundation as AI search. Membership is private and by referral. The full terms are on the Membership page.
