Membership is for real estate agents and apartment locators who are serious about the business and tired of being their own operations department. We take on a small number at a time, put a complete team behind each one, and keep making the work week after week until the neighborhood knows the name.
One membership is the shoots, the calendar, the press, the website and SEO, the signs, the rooms and the Concierge who runs it all. What each of those means is on the Studio page. This page is what it costs and how it works.

Eleven seats, and the rate is locked for as long as you stay. Everything on the Studio page is included: the shoots, the calendar, the press allowance, the website and SEO, the signs, the rooms and your Concierge.

Membership
$2,500 a month
Per agent. $2,375 a seat from six to fifteen seats.
The same complete team, open now and the only door once the eleven Founding seats are taken. Pay a quarter, a year or two years up front and take 5, 15 or 20 percent off.
Join →Builders and apartment communities work with us per property through Productions. Scope and fee are set on the first call.
The Term
Twelve months, then month to month.
A brand is built in seasons, so membership is a twelve-month commitment, paid monthly or prepaid. After the first year it runs month to month, and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing cycle. No notice period.
We work in real estate, so we know the market moves. If the market turns, you pause, at any time, even inside the first year. Billing stops, the clock on your commitment stops, and your Vault and calendar wait. When it turns back, you restart and pick up where you left off. Up to six months of pause in any twelve; at six months your membership restarts on its own.
Billed to your business monthly or prepaid, by bank transfer at no fee or by card with a 3.5% convenience fee, with an itemized invoice for your books. Most agents treat membership as a marketing expense; your CPA has the final word.

Join by referral.
Membership is by referral. Pick your membership, enter the email of the member who referred you, accept the terms and pay by card or bank transfer. It takes about five minutes, and your Concierge writes the same day to set the first shoot.
